About Us
DFWinspector.com has completed over 15,000 inspections since 1984. We have completed many different types of inspections from houses under construction, new homes, exisiting houses being purchased or sold, end of warranty inspections, apartment complexes, restaurants and office buildings.
Every inch of the property is inspected including all structural, electrical, air conditioning system and plumbing. We will notify the client of any item that is noted and give an opinion of the condition.
We provide quality color photos with every inspection report. You will understand every item by the time we are finished. You can call with questions about your inspection days, weeks, months or years later (see "Inspector For Life" info and "Satisfaction Guarantee).

Licensed Mold Assessment Technicians by the Texas Department of State Health Services. # MAT0153
Licensed Commercial Applicator by the Texas Structural Pest Control Board for Pest and Termite inspection and treatment.
About the Owner, Rudy Ringel:
Licensed in California in 1984 as a General Contractor (held currently), owned and operated a construction company specializing in remodeling and home inspection in the Burbank-Glendale-Pasadena metro area of Los Angeles California since 1984. Moved to McKinney, Texas in 1995 and founded DFWinspector.com.

Full member home inspectors must conform to a rigorous highly specialized set of performance criteria unparalleled by other parties in real estate transfer. To become a certified member of this organization an inspector must have performed a minimum of 250 fee paid inspections. In addition, the inspector must pass a series of rigorous written examinations to achieve full membership and logo use. The inspector must attain a minimum of 60 Continuing Education Units every three years to maintain their certified status. This assures that the inspector is current on many of the issues concerning homes and the inspection issues involved in evaluating homes.
