LICENSED in MOLD ASSESSMENT 
When we find visible mold during the inspection, we dont panic and make you call someone else to test it or evaluate it. We are licensed by the state of Texas in Mold Assessment. At your request and for an aditional small fee, we will take a sample of the mold to our microbiologist and have the results to you in 24-36 hours. That way , you don't waste valuable time deciding on the next course of action. The Lab will tell you if the mold is Toxic Black Mold or not and we can tell you if you need to do anything about it.

We use an easy to read computer generated report with digital photos that can be E-mailed as a MS-WORD document or viewed on this web site (with advance notice), or faxed. Your  E-mailed copy can be stored for quick future reference and teh photos always look better too!. We always strongly recommend that you be present during the inspection, but if you can't be there for some reason,

1. Every time you call, you get an ANSWERING MACHINE, you leave messages, but it doesn't matter, they don't return phone calls. (We have full time office staff)
