Thank you so much for such excellent and speedy work. Your inspection really gives me a lot to ponder and room to make an informed decision regarding the property. By the way, do you know of anyone you work with who could do an appraisal of this unit last minute this weekend? My option period is over on Wednesday and I need to get an appraisal to see if it will even appraise at what DCAD appraised it at. I would like to have the appraisal, as well as your excellent inspection, to use in my arsenal to be able to negotiate with the seller based on today's findings.
