After the onsite portion of the home inspection is completed, you will receive a computerized inspection report detailing the condition of each item inspected with information relating to items/systems that are functional and satisfactory, deficient and needing repair or service, or that may require further evaluation by licensed specialists in a particular trade.
Many items in the report are listed simply as documentation and information that will be helpful to you for future maintenance.
The report also contains important suggestions regarding the seasonal care and regular maintenance of your home.
Your full home inspection includes my opinions and the condition of:
- STRUCTURAL SYSTEMS:
- Foundation and support structure and crawlspace (if any)
- Grading and Drainage
- Roof is walked to comment on Roofing Material, flashings
- Attic is entered to view insulation, roof leaks, ventilation
- Interior and Exterior walls, ceilings, floors, and doors are inspected.
- Fireplace is identified, inspected for cracks, damper door and hearth.
- Sidewalks, Driveways, Fences and Gates.
- Decks, porches, walkways, and railings

- Grounding and bonding, GFCI’s and AFCI’s.

- Water meter location and condition
- Interior plumbing fixtures, bathrooms, and faucets.
- Water heating system type, age, condition.

- ENVIRONMENTAL
- Visible signs of Wood Destroying Insects
